Endeavour

London Metropolitan Orchestra is proud to be the orchestra to record the entire series of Inspector Morse (1987-2000) and it’s prequel series Endeavour (2012-2023).

Produced by Mammoth Screen, Endeavour is set from 1965 to 1971 and follows Endeavour Morse in his early years as a police constable. Working alongside his senior partner DI Fred Thursday, Morse engages in a number of investigations around Oxford.

The series features 9 seasons with 3 to 6 episodes per season. The 9th and final season of the series will be streaming on ITV in February 2023. Barrington Pheloung and later on Matthew Slater composed the music and conducted the sessions, which were all engineered by Paul Golding.

Endeavour is produced by Mammoth Screen and Masterpiece for ITV. Seasons 1-8 are available on ITVHub, 9th and final season will be streaming in February 2023 on ITV.
